On 23rd October 2025, an Awareness Programme and live demonstration on the Small Enterprise Empowerment and Development (SEED) Scheme under CM-ELEVATE was conducted at PRIME Shillong.
During the session, the CM-ELEVATE team explained how applicants can register and apply for the scheme through the MeghalayaOne Portal. They also shared useful details on the benefits available to eligible entrepreneurs under SEED, with the aim of helping small enterprises strengthen their operations and create more livelihood opportunities.
A total of 142 participants attended the programme, with 101 joining virtually and 41 taking part at PRIME Shillong in person. Those present included PRIME staff, Block-level staff, and representatives from Bethany Society, SELCO, and SRCDA.
The initiative served as an important step toward increasing awareness and ensuring that more entrepreneurs across Meghalaya are able to access government support effectively.
