Subir Singha presently leading National Rural Economic Transformation program (NRETP) Assam, a World Bank Funded Programhas more than 30 years of experience in the field of Business Acceleration, Impact Investment, Microfinance and Startup Incubation. He has been mentoring startups from in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and West Bengal. In the past he worked with an International Impact Investor, NBFC, MFI and Corporate sector.

With 16 years of diverse professional experience across various sectors, Jacqueline brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial insight.Having spent over 8 years in the corporate world, focusing on sales and customer service, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, running a fashion business for 3 years. For the past 5 years, Jacqueline has been deeply involved in fostering the startup ecosystem in Meghalaya, playing a crucial role in its development and growth. Her work has centred on nurturing entrepreneurial talent, supporting innovators, and contributing to the overall growth of the region’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Aritra Bhowmik is a Masters in Energy Management with around 12 years of experience in seed and early-stage investments and implementation of clean energy solutions. He is currently leading the Energy Transition and Rural Enterprise development for WWF-India in the Sundarbans.

Sadique Mannan is a seasoned professional with over two decades of rich experience in strategic planning, training and development, placement management, and recruitment.Known for his visionary thinking and exemplary leadership, he has played pivotal roles in various organizations, driving innovation and achieving operational excellence. Currently serving as the Program Head for at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park, he leads large-scale entrepreneurship development programs, overseeing scoping, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and program promotion. As a co-founder of Studynext Global, Sadique has been instrumental in organizing job fairs, internships, and training programs for university students.

Pankaj Baruah

Having 18+ years of professional experience, he is a mentor in Residence at IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. His experience includes leadership experience at Furlenco, India’s 1stfurniture rental startup, IT consulting at Infosys (Retail & CPG vertical) and manufacturing and Operations experience at Shahi Exports, India’s leading apparel production & exports company.

With over 25 years of experience in developing teams, systems and processes across functions and industries, Aditya Sen is a seasoned Mentor, Trainer and Coach. He has trained global audiences on topics related to Soft Skills, Leadership Development, Psychometric Analysis, Service Excellence, Process Enhancements, POSH and DEI – at corporate giants like Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Sheraton Hotels, METRO Cash and Carry, Total Environment and Oberoi Hotels. Aditya has been a Global Trainer at various overseas locations like Royaumont (France), Vietnam, Singapore, London, Bangkok and Duesseldorf (Germany).
