Implementation Partners:
Nongstoiñ Social Service Society (NSSS) is a Non-Governmental Organization that seeks to empower the vulnerable and marginalized section of the society. Empowering farmers for sustainable livelihood, creating awareness on different health issues, providing vocational and technical training to women and youth, promoting entrepreneurship in the region are some of the activities that NSSS indulges in.
North East India Committee On Relief And Development (NEICORD) is a regional organization, having a track record of helping the people who are affected by natural disasters, poverty, diseases, famine and communal clashes. NEICORD also provides vocational courses to dropouts and support children and their families through community development programmes.
Society for Urban and Rural Empowerment (SURE) is a faith based organisation established as a social outreach project of the Youth Wing of the Unitarian Church, Jowai and it is also a recognised organisation of the Unitarian Union North East India which is the organisation which looks after all the Unitarian Churches in North East India.
The Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) is a Section 8 non-profit company established under the Planning Department of the Government of Meghalaya. As an implementation partner, MBMA promotes sustainable livelihoods through integrated natural resource management, enterprise development, and enhanced market access, supported by investments from state and central governments, UN organizations, multilateral institutions, and other key stakeholders.
The Meghalaya Institute of Entrepreneurship (MIE) serves as the nodal agency for fostering entrepreneurship and economic development across Meghalaya. In partnership with PRIME, MIE undertakes key responsibilities in training, mentoring, and facilitating access to resources, empowering youth, women, and communities to establish sustainable ventures across priority sectors, thereby contributing to state-wide economic growth.

Knowledge Partner:
IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) is the knowledge partner for the implementation of incubation activities at PRIME Startup Hubs Meghalaya. IIMCIP is a Technology Business Incubator (TBI) supported by the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, is a not for profit (Section 8) company formed under the aegis of Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and is one of the thought-leaders on Social Entrepreneurship in India. Besides being an Incubator with a deep focus on Social Entrepreneurship, IIMCIP is supporting multiple State Governments (e.g. Assam, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh) in implementing their statewide entrepreneurship development programs involving thousands of youth.
