Marking a significant step forward in the region’s wellness landscape, ‘ U_ Matter’ today announced the launch of the ‘ U_Matter Self-Care Collection ’, the first initiative of its kind in Meghalaya dedicated to fostering emotional wellbeing, stress management, and mindful living through thoughtfully designed self-care tools at PRIME Startup Hub in the presence of the PRIME team.
Rooted in the understanding that consistent, intentional self-care practices are essential to long-term mental health, the U_Matter Self-Care Collection has been meticulously developed to support individuals in building meaningful, sustainable habits. The collection emphasizes a proactive and holistic approach, empowering users to engage in regular self-reflection, cultivate emotional awareness, and integrate mindfulness into their daily routines.
At the core of the collection are two signature offerings: the U_Matter Self-Care Journal and the U_ Matter Self-Care Kit . Each product has been purposefully designed to serve as both a practical tool and a gentle guide for personal well-being.
Speaking at the launch Riyaka Surong, Counselling Psychologist, Founder & Chairman, U_Matter Multipurpose Co-operative Society said “The U_Matter Self-Care Journal provides a structured yet flexible framework for reflection, enabling users to process thoughts, identify emotional patterns, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness. Through guided prompts and intentional exercises, the journal encourages mindfulness, gratitude, and clarity, helping individuals navigate the complexities of modern life with greater resilience and balance.
She further added “The U_Matter Self-Care Collection was created with a clear purpose — to make self-care both accessible and meaningful, we believe that prioritizing mental wellbeing should not feel overwhelming or out of reach. This collection is designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life, offering simple yet impactful tools that support individuals in caring for their emotional health.”
