PRIME has two layers of mentoring. The first level is a closed database of mentors exclusively for the entrepreneurs that have applied and have been taken up in the incubation, pre-incubation and acceleration programs under PRIME. This mentoring is customized, coordinated and scheduled by the PRIME ID as per the individual mentoring and incubation plan.

The second layer is the publicly available database of mentors that can be accessed by every entrepreneur in Meghalaya that has been registered on the Entrepreneur Portal and that has received a PRIME ID and classification as Startup, Nano Entrepreneur or Livelihood Entrepreneur. Those publicly available mentors are available free-of-cost. A call can be requested by every entrepreneur with PRIME ID via the Entrepreneur Portal.
