PRIME Meghalaya welcomed the Cohort 3 Entrepreneurs of the CMECC 3.0 and hosted the 1st Bootcamp- ‘Setting of vision and mission‘ and ‘Understanding market approach and customer needs’ for the Cohort 3 on the 15th and 16th of November, 2022 at the State Convention Centre, Shillong.
The session was taken by resource persons – (i) Pranjal Konwar, COO, IIMCIP (ii) Pankaj Baruah, Ex-VP Supply Chain and Sourcing, FURLENCO and (iii) Kaustav Majumdar, Founder & CEO, ILS Network.
On the second day, the ice-breaking session by Smt. Laxhmi Rao, Adviser, IIMCIP, included fun team building exercises in groups and were given activities that would allow them to know each member of the group that they belong to. They also engaged in various fun team building exercises which also gave them the opportunity to network and build entrepreneurial relationships.
The programme comprised of discussions on value proposition, the importance of customers, entrepreneurs’ long term and short plans, foundations of marketing, business risks, identifying competitors, etc. Overall, the bootcamp was an interactive session where each entrepreneur actively participated in each activity.
The topic for the first day of the programme is ‘as the topic for the second day.
