What is the Chief Minister’s
E-Championship Challenge?

The Chief Minister’s
E-Championship Challenge is Meghalaya’s hunt for its most promising entrepreneurs — innovators ready to scale, solve challenges, and transform the state’s economy.

Through PRIME’s 9-month incubation program, winners gain mentorship, funding opportunities, business resources, and a powerful network to fuel growth and long-term success.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Entrepreneurs who fulfill the following criteria are eligible to apply for the Chief Minister’s E-Champion Challenge:

The applicant must be an adult citizen of India.

The applicant must be a domicile resident of Meghalaya

The applicant must have an existing business in Meghalaya and be able to demonstrate initial traction or revenues.

The applicant must work on innovative and scalable business models, products, solutions, or processes that have the potential to create employment opportunities in Meghalaya.

If the applicant has an existing business or start-up, it must not be older than 6 years

Startups that have previously undergone the Incubation Program are not eligible for this opportunity.

Step 5: Confirmation

Get your registration number & email confirmation

Step 3: Create an Account

Enter your details, create a password, and click on “SIGN UP”

Step 4: Check Your Email

You will receive a message on your email confirming your registration.

Step 5: Verify Your Email

You will need to verify your email by clicking on the “VERIFY” button.

Step 6: Log In

Click on the highlighted “LOGIN” tab on the same page.

Step 7: Submit Credentials

Step 8: Note Registration Number

Note your registration number displayed on the top left-hand side.

Step 9: Complete the Form

Fill up the application form and all the mandatory fields marked in (*) and click on the “SUBMIT” button.

Step 10: Await Confirmation

Wait for a confirmation message on your registered email.

Step 11: Save a Draft (Optional)

In case you want to save your incomplete form click on “SAVE” to save your draft application and login later using your credentials for final submission.
