A recent collaborative effort between PRIME and V. Singhi & Associates aimed to provide a practical understanding of financial management to entrepreneurs in Meghalaya. The two-day Hybrid mode workshop on the 24th & 25th August 2023, held as part of PRIME’s ongoing commitment to support startups, covered key areas including Goods & Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and modern accounting software like Tally and Zoho Books.
PRIME recognized the significance of equipping entrepreneurs with financial knowledge. The partnership with V. Singhi & Associates, a reputable Chartered Accountancy firm, lent credibility and expertise to the workshop’s content.
The workshop addressed the essential aspects of GST and TDS, shedding light on their mechanisms and implications for startups. Participants gained insights into navigating these complexities while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.
A significant portion of the workshop was dedicated to introducing participants to Tally and Zoho Books, two prominent accounting software solutions.
