PRIME Meghalaya Inspires Barber Trainees Towards Entrepreneurship in Nongpoh

On 29th September 2025, El Elyon Institute, in collaboration with PRIME Meghalaya (PRIME Hub, Nongpoh), successfully conducted an Entrepreneurship Session for Senior Barber trainees under the Skills Meghalaya Project.

The session was led by Merisha Toi and Bame Da Ai Ryntathiang from PRIME Meghalaya, who encouraged participants to embrace entrepreneurship as a pathway to growth and self-reliance.

Key Takeaways for Trainees

  • Think beyond employment by adopting innovation, financial literacy, and creative problem-solving.
  • Gain mentorship and industry insights directly from PRIME Hub experts.

This initiative aims to transform skilled trainees into potential entrepreneurs, empowering them to generate employment and contribute to the local economy’s growth and sustainability.
