On 23rd June, PRIME Shillong organised a Growth Mindset Workshop for Emerging Entrepreneurs in collaboration with Quiver, a New Delhi-based organisation that supports rural entrepreneurs through funding, mentorship, and business development.
The workshop was led by Jefferson Rani, Manager, Partnership PRIME, Shillong, in the presence of Chiropriya Dasgupta, CEO, Quiver, and her team. It was designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs develop a growth mindset while encouraging them to think creatively, stay resilient, and embrace new opportunities in business and innovation.
Entrepreneurs from different sectors took part in the session and shared their business journeys, the challenges they have faced, and their plans moving forward. These discussions gave participants valuable insights into the realities of entrepreneurship and highlighted the importance of innovation, adaptability, and perseverance.
The workshop also provided a platform for participants to learn from one another, exchange ideas, and build meaningful connections. Overall, the session inspired entrepreneurs to adopt a positive mindset and strengthened their confidence to grow and scale their ventures.
