On 24th November 2025, PRIME Meghalaya hosted two impactful sessions aimed at strengthening the state’s entrepreneurial and digital ecosystem.

The Partnership Sector of PRIME Meghalaya, under the Mentorpool initiative, organised an interactive session with Tity Moni Lyngdoh, Founder & CEO of Dolphinze. A total of 22 tech entrepreneurs attended as Tity shared her inspiring journey from Mawlai to becoming a global fintech leader. She spoke about her early love for computers, her diverse experience across ICICI, Goldman Sachs, PwC, Target, and Xapo Bank, and how these shaped the creation of Dolphinze.
Tity, who joined PRIME Meghalaya as a mentor on 14th July 2025, also reflected on her work with local founders, including the ParadigmatiX team. She discussed the inefficiencies in global contractor payments—hidden fees, FX charges, and the limitations of traditional banking—while highlighting how cryptocurrency, bitcoin, and stablecoins are transforming cross-border transactions. She emphasised three truths of entrepreneurship often overlooked in corporate life: ownership, uncertainty, and speed, and encouraged participants to refine their 1-minute introductions to create stronger first impressions.

On the same day, PRIME Hub Shillong held a Cyber Security Awareness Session led by Shri Pankaj Kumar Rasgania, IPS, Superintendent of Police (Cyber), Shillong. The session focused on the increasing importance of digital safety, covering common cyber threats, preventive practices, and the crucial role of law enforcement in combating cybercrime. Shri Rasgania shared valuable insights from his experience handling cyber investigations in the region.
The interaction also explored potential collaboration opportunities between PRIME-supported startups and the Cyber Crime Office to address emerging digital challenges in Meghalaya and leverage technology for improved governance.

Together, both sessions offered deep learning, practical insights, and meaningful engagement—marking a productive and inspiring day for the startup community of Meghalaya.
