PRIME Meghalaya held its 3rd Acceleration Bootcamp at Landmark Hills Hotel, Nongrim Hills, Shillong, from 29th October to 30th October, 2025. The sessions were led by Shri Hari Balasubramanian, Entrepreneur & Founder | Angel Investor | Mentor/Advisor | Member of the Ivy Cap and Shri Pratap TP, Co-founder of Qwikcilver & Woohoo Gifting App.
Day 1, Shri Hari Balasubramanian’s session on What Investors Look For? was a systematic breakdown of an investor’s psychology, evaluation frameworks and metrics that matter. The second half of day 1 was followed with an interactive session with the entrepreneurs on their wealth profile and gradually builds up to the session on Pitch Deck and Story-telling, stressing on the core narrative of a company, building the flow to story telling and how the opening line to a pitch deck is crucial, prompting the participants to relook on their pitch deck and equipped them to prepare for a demo pitch the following day.
Day 2, Shri Pratap TP opened his session with an imagery-association exercise, challenging the participants to see the elements of a business from a different point of view. His session expanded on how observation is critical, how to improve observation skills, and the importance of EQ & IQ, which encompass his topic of Leadership and Team Development. The second half was followed by a demo pitching by 11 entrepreneurs with closing remarks by the jury.
