From November 18 to 21, 2024, PRIME Meghalaya successfully organized the 5th and 6th Outdoor Bootcamp for Cohort 4.0. This four-day event aimed to enhance the skills and knowledge of entrepreneurs, empowering them to communicate effectively and scale their businesses.
The bootcamp focused on three key topics: Decoding Business Proposals, Legal Compliances, and Communication Skills.
On the first day, Shri Gaurav Kapoor, the Chief Business Officer of IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) conducted a session on Business Proposals and Detailed Project Reports and an entrepreneurs gained valuable insights on steps for crafting comprehensive business proposal and DPR through his engaging session.
Day 2, Shri Divyay Chadha conducted a session on Legal Compliances, providing participants with crucial knowledge to navigate regulatory requirements.
Additionally, on the day 3 of the bootcamp the participants were also introduced to practical communication strategies designed to positively impact their businesses through a session led by the Programme Head of PRIME, Shri Aditya Sen.
The bootcamp kicked off with various team-building activities to foster collaboration and strengthen bonds among the entrepreneurs, creating a supportive and interactive learning environment.
